Functieomschrijving For our client, Giochi Preziosi, leader firm in the Toy industry, we are looking for a RETAIL STORE MANAGER for a new store opening in the Shopping Center Maximall Pompei – Torre Annunziata (NA) General purpose of the role: We are looking for an experienced and influential Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our most important flagship store. The ideal candidate has to have a success retail experience in a similar environment and to effectively multitask as well confidence to delegate is crucial. You should have a proven track record of successfully inspiring your team to achieve and exceed store sales and motivate personnel to perform according to their maximum capacity. Our Retail Store Managers are responsible for delivering the best Customer Experience, tracking sales and commercial KPIs for the store in line with the Brand strategy, as well as managing and training the team. The resource will report to Giochi Preziosi Retail Director. If you want to be part of a highly expanding international environment, don't miss this opportunity Responsabilit KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To lead, motivate and develop your team to exceed sales and improve KPIs/customer service standards through effective performance management To regularly give constructive and appropriate feedback on performance and on the job coaching to improve To cascade company strategy and objectives so that each individual understands how they contribute to the stores success, and recognise and value their contribution To actively involve the team in decision making and when agreeing individual objectives and development plans To deploy staff and delegate effectively to maximise sales To motivate self and team to ensure consistent delivery and improvement of customer service standards To achieve sales targets through effective KPI management &, delivery To regularly analyse sales performance, maximising strengths &, reviewing poor performance to establish an action plan for improvement Manage the control of all costs To have an active involvement in recruiting and selecting the best people for the store Functie-eisen REQUIREMENTS: At least 5 – 8 year experience of retail management Excellent knowledge of English, spoken and written Excellent communication skills To work independently with effective time management Working hours: full time CCNL Commercio La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
