Job Description

You are the point of contact in various projects and ensure project follow-up. For this, you are in close contact with the customers, site managers, other colleagues and your Project Manager. On a project, you are responsible for coordinating and controlling project-related activities, such as installation, project controlling, safety, quality, etc. This is always in collaboration with and supported by the Project Manager. In the learning process, you will take on different roles and responsibilities throughout the projects, with the aim of growing within the organisation. What does this job entail concretely? Communicating with the customer(s) and internally Working smoothly and efficiently with colleagues Taking care of the necessary project administration Drawing up a safety dossier/project plan Attending site meetings Drawing up technical data sheets, budgets, measurements, etc. Receiving offers and going through specifications Maintaining and preparing settlements Checking orders Preparing files Drafting and requesting order forms On-site measurements You have a master's degree in (electro)mechanics or welding A first experience in a technical project environment is an asset, but not a must You work accurately and enjoy working with figures, and have knowledge of Excel You have the necessary perseverance to meet deadlines You enjoy working together with others but also work independently to complete assignments By nature, you are a fluent communicator, and you have a customer-oriented approach You like to take initiatives Driving licence B A competitive salary in line with your education and experience Interesting training and development opportunities Group and hospitalisation insurance Eco- & meal vouchers, representation allowance Leasing car (with fuel card) Smartphone with subscription, laptop, internet allowance Seniority leave, work from home Our client is a multi-technical service provider offering a complete service from design to installation, maintenance and financing.
