Talent Solution, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting a Global Legal Affairs Counsel Specialist Are you a passionate legal professional with a knack for international law? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic Global Legal and General Affairs Department, reporting directly to the Legal Affairs Manager for Licensing, Trade, and Real Estate. Main Activities: Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse array of agreements supporting business development, real estate, distribution, and logistics, with a special focus on oncology. Due Diligence: Provide crucial support in due diligence for M&, A and licensing projects. Template Management: Develop and maintain legal templates to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant. Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support various legal matters. Litigation Support: Assist in managing civil litigations and coordinate with external counsels. Guidelines and Training: Contribute to the development of legal guidelines, procedures, and provide training to internal departments. Qualifications: Educational Background: Master’s Degree in Law. Professional Experience: Up to 3 years of post-qualification experience with a strong track record. Previous experience as an in-house counsel in multinational companies and a background in life sciences law are highly desirable. Skills and Competencies: Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both Italian and English. Proactive and Business-Oriented: Ability to approach challenges with a proactive, business-oriented mindset. Communication: Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and negotiation.
