Job Description

You will support the COO-Office in successfully implementing strategic projects, establishing project management standards and ensure adherence to the timelines to meet the ultimate goal. Location: Zurich Start date: Upon agreement Workload: 60-100% Project Management Professional – COO Office Your contribution to KPMG Coordinate and administer internal strategic projects in the responsibility of the COO with regards to overall planning, time management, scope management, financial management etc. Support the project managers and the entire project team with project management skills and PMO expertise Monitor project reporting and assist project team in reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders and prepare regular status reporting for the engagement leadership Plan, prepare and support decision meeting and document meeting results Ensure cross-program dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained Manage and compile project related financial and KPI information Define and align project management, governance and PMO standards and establish these frameworks for program and project management for all COO strategic projects Support the Organizational Change Management stream with your expertise This is what makes you successful Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree 3-4 years of professional experience in the field of project management and as a strategic or operational PMO Experience to coordinate and work on multiple projects at the same time Existing skills in designing and conducting workshops Strong negotiation and communication skills with all levels of hierarchy Very structured and organized way of working with an intrinsic motivation to get things done Experience in using Azure DevOps as an agile tool and first experience in Organizational Change Management are a plus Proficient German and English skills KPMG as an employer Become part of our Corporate Center team and successfully support us in the implementation of major projects within KPMG Switzerland.
