Head of Compliance

As the Head of Compliance you will be responsible for identifying, assessing and mitigating compliance risk and supporting Tillotts' headquarter as well as its European Affiliates in all compliance related matters. Head of Compliance 100% Administration / HR / Consulting / CEO Rheinfelden Your key responsibilities Be responsible for developing and implementing a robust healthcare compliance program that effectively prevents violations of applicable laws, regulations, industry codes and internal policies as well as Tillotts`Code of Business Ethics Provide regular training on the compliance program and review its effectiveness on a regular basis Handle approval requests from clients and review relevant (non-) promotional material Advise on compliance questions and propose appropriate actions for ensuring compliance Perform third party due diligences on potential new partners in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders Conduct investigations in case of reported or otherwise detected compliance issues and develop corrective action plans in alignment with relevant internal departments Present regular compliance updates to the Senior Management Committee and liaise with the Japanese mother company, if and as needed Lead a team of 2 colleagues Who you are Master of law, preferably with the admission to the Swiss or European bar 8-10 years of experience in working in an international environment (in-house or law firm) Knowledge of pharma compliance as well as leadership experience are a must Highly motivated to work in a performance-oriented environment An independent and proactive attitude, but at the same time a team player Strong interpersonal and communications skills Flexible and agile to navigate in a fast-paced working environment High level of efficiency and attention to detail Fluent in German and English What we offer A great opportunity to work in a diverse environment where you can learn, develop your existing competences, and learn new skills.
