Development and implementation of a competitive sustainability plan, aligned with the company budget Zero waste and net zero approach in procurement, operations and supply chain. Identify and develop a set of sustainable key performance indicators (KPIs) Identify problems and actively participate in solving them Report activities and results, update plans. Integrate sustainability into the end-to-end procurement process Support with project specific tasks Who You Are Basic technical training including studies (engineering degree, business administration degree or similar) In-depth and cross-industry knowledge in the field of sustainability. Very good written and spoken German and English skills for global communication with our subsidiaries and partners in Europe, USA and Asia. Proven experience in a comparable function as well as in project management and its conception conception for sustainability solutions.
