Partecipa ad attività di validazione. Lavora assicurando l’integrità dei dati e la conformità alle SOPs locali, Specifiche, FDA, GLP e cGMP ACCOUNTABILITIES: Esegue test chimici su materie prime Esegue test chimici su fluidi di stabilimento , verifica delle cleaning, intermedi di processo, bulk product Utilizza strumenti di laboratorio e sistemi computerizzati per l’esecuzione dei test e per la registrazione dei dati Esegue test per attività di qualifica e validazione per progetti di stabilimento Partecipa a investigazioni di Laboratorio e alla scrittura di documenti correlati a deviazioni, metodi analitici ed equipment SOPs Partecipa attivamente a progetti di stabilimento per lo sviluppo di nuovi metodi e l’introduzione di nuovi strumenti analitici Contribuisce al mantenimento delle attività LeanLab e 5S CORE ELEMENTS RELATED TO THIS ROLE: Essere Positivo Essere Responsabile Essere Orientato ai Risultati Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e dei principali applicativi informatici Esperienza in ambiente tecnico di almeno 1 anno, ottima conoscenza delle norme cGMP / cGLP Ottime capacità di team working Leadership Doti comunicative Decision-making and Autonomy Il dipendente deve mostrare attitudine al problem solving per la gestione e l’analisi dei dati analitici ottenuti Il dipendente deve valutare la bontà del dato analitico Valutazione di failures/gaps che possano aver impatto sul business di stabilimento Interaction Quality Assurance /Quality Operations/Manufacturing/Engineering /Procurement Local DDT Laboratory contractors e Vendor Innovation Essere orientato al team working per migliorare le skills Complexity Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente controllato GMP e conoscenza dei requisiti e dei rischi associati con l’ambiente di laboratorio EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Laurea in discipline tecnico/scientifiche Conoscenza di base delle principali regulation in ambito GMP More about us: At Takeda, we are transforming patient care through the development of novel specialty pharmaceuticals and best in class patient support programs.
