Buyer Assistant Indirect Materials

Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting a Buyer Assistant Indirect Materials The resource will be part of the Procurement Department reporting to the Indirect Materials Manager and will be responsible to support buyers in the procurement process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Order management using the E-Procurement system • Administrative support • Perform tenders and conduct simple negotiations • Carry out supplier evaluation and qualification process according to internal policies and procedures Required Qualifications/Skills • Education: University Degree in Marketing, Economics, Management Engineering, Finance or equivalent • 0-1 years of experience, a previous experience in similar role is preferred • Fluency in English and Italian • Knowledge and understanding of Marketing &, Communication is preferred • Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in teams • Good organizational skills • Curiosity, flexibility, dynamism and problem-solving skills • Critical thinking Contract type: fixed term vetrinabakeca
