Job Description

As Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager, you will play a key role in the complete management of payroll and personnel administrative affairs within our company. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with current regulations and providing essential support to employees on all matters relating to payroll and personnel administration. You will also be responsible for analyzing social data to help optimize HR processes and produce performance reports.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll from A to Z.
  • Communicate with payroll software suppliers and social security agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant collective agreements.
  • Advise and assist employees on payroll and time management.
  • Manage time tracking and absence incidents.
  • Process paid leave, sickness and provident fund cases.
  • Process social security contributions and meet deadlines.
  • Administer personnel files from entry to exit.
  • Ensure accurate creation of employee files and conformity of contracts.
  • Make necessary declarations and manage HR documentation.


Social Management Control:

  • Analyze variances and produce HR indicators.
  • Generate reports for social audits and performance indicators.
