IT Product Manager (M/F)

Your missions, should you choose to accept them, will be to:

• Discover the rewards catalog and transform points into rewards.
• Supervise value creation, own and update the product roadmap, and share it with your stakeholders and teams within your ecosystem.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify product opportunities and improvements.
• Define solid hypotheses based on quantitative and qualitative exploration.
• Lead an experimentation program to continuously improve your key metrics and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with designers (Product Designer and UX Researcher) to guide their product design work and ensure a continuous discovery pace.
• Prioritize and plan the product’s evolution and development, ensuring the product’s quality.
• Monitor the outcomes of each feature you bring into production.
• Communicate upcoming product developments both externally and internally with the team.
• Collaborate with web and data analysts to understand and optimize product usage.
• Define and oversee the key success metrics of the product.
• Establish a collaborative working mode, creating an environment of trust and responsibility within the team.
• Actively participate in the product ecosystem, develop and promote a product mindset around you.

The profile we are looking for:

With an IT education and at least 5 years of experience as an IT Product Manager, you demonstrate strong experience in Product Discovery, leading effective product discovery processes that help you identify and validate customer needs and business opportunities.

You have a data-driven mindset to support your assumptions, make decisions, and drive actions.

You have significant experience in designing and conducting A/B tests to validate hypotheses about product features.

You know how to prioritize, let go, and say no to keep your product team focused on the essentials.

You have excellent communication skills, able to synthesize complex information and present it to executive-level stakeholders.

You have excellent English skills.

You easily collaborate with Tech, Data, and Design teams to improve your product. You are passionate about sports and eager to share this passion with the team!
