Role – Lead Data Engineer

Salary – Up to £85k DOE

Location – Fully Remote

A financial services company who provides high quality financial advice and strategy for businesses are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to head up the Data division. You will play an integral part in shaping the future of the data landscape, expanding on their data architecture. This is a hands-on position with the ideal candidate having the ability to build and maintain data systems from the ground up.

The position is offering a basic salary up to £85,000 depending on experience as well as a discretionary bonus, 25-day annual leave, a generous pension and much more;

The Successful Lead Data Engineer will have:

• Data warehouse experience with Fivetran and Snowflake
• Excellent SQL skills
• Skilled in using DBT and Power BI
• Proficient in developing data models
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable

• Python experience
• To come from a commercial background
• Knowledge of finance systems
