Technical Business Analyst

Hybrid – 3 days working onsite.

Our client a respected global brand has an excellent opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst to join their BI team and support the data driven agenda of the organisation.

You will join a team who are seeking to build a new world-class BI platform, with end to end capability and will help drive the growth of the organisation.

The role:

• As a Technical Business Analyst you will translate business reporting requirements into workable technical requirements.
• Articulating data or process gaps to the requestor and technical gaps and requirements to the development team.
• You may currently be in a Development role looking to diversify, a Business Analyst looking to become more technically focused or a Data Analyst, MI Analyst looking to expand your BI knowledge.

Experience required:

• Strong knowledge of T-SQL
• Basic BI concepts experience
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft BI stack and Data Modelling
• Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a diverse audience
• Self-starter who is comfortable working within a team and on an individual basis when required under minimal supervision
• Capable of working to tight deadlines

Desirable:

• PL/SQL experience
• Experience in Enterprise Power BI implementation
