Are you a Business Development Manager or Account Manager from a Construction background looking for a remote based role covering a regional patch, with the autonomy to make your mark within a industry leading brand?

This business was created in 2015 from an offshoot of a very successful group of construction companies. Since 2015 they have grown from 1 employee to 120. They are in need of another Estimator to join the team to keep up with demand. They have huge growth plans going forward which would play directly into your personal progression.

This is an autonomous role where you will plan your own diary, for weekly meetings with a variety of decision makers to gain either specification of products or confirming orders from quotes. You will work closely with architects, engineers and developers and internal teams with the Estimating Department, Structural Team and Project Team.

This role would suit a candidate from a Construction Sales background looking to work with a continuously growing specialist where you will be given tailored mentoring, development, and clearly structured progression opportunities. The next step from this role would be Technical Sales Manager.

The Role:
* Negotiate and close deals with new customers, up-selling/cross-selling products and services to existing customers.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding needs, preferences, and challenges.
* Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers.
* 40 hours a week

The Person:
* Business Development Manager or Account Manager
* Full UK Drivers Licence
* Construction background
