About the Role

Base Location:Inverness, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Perth

Salary:£33,063 - £38,404 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern:Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The key duties and responsibilities of the Technical Project Coordinator are as follows:

- Work closely with our Project Engineering team to assist in the successful delivery of several major projects across Scotland; managing the project accounts, raising purchase orders, making sure suppliers are paid on time and dealing with external supplier queries.

- Coordinating and preparing Project Engineering meetings, these will include Design Reviews, Design Risk Workshops and Engineering Team Progress meetings. Making sure these are scheduled, attended and minutes are recorded to a high quality. Organising all project reporting, making sure reports are produced on time and to a high-quality standard.

- Coordinating technical tasks, such as assisting the Engineers with Utility Searches and managing Symology requests, making sure that all timelines are met, and the data is accurately processed.

- Coordinating CDM Compliance Reviews for the Engineering team and assisting the Engineering team with general administration duties.

- Create and manage the financial lifecycle of requisitions and POs.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Project experience working in a similar industry and proven ability to manage different stakeholders, sometimes with conflicting priorities.

- Vast experience in an administration role demonstrating the ability to prioritise tasks and work in the most effective way to meet deadlines.

- The ability to manage your workload and being flexible to deal with change.

- The role will also involve managing project finances, therefore experience in this topic is beneficial.

- A qualification or experience of working in an Engineering role or for an Engineering company.
