Are you an Engineering Manager or similar who is proficient in 2D or 3D CAD and has a background in fabrication, looking for an exciting role in a very fast growing company that offers on the job training for personal development and progression opportunities into further Management and eventually Head of Department positions?

This fast growing and ambitious company are a family run recycling and waste management business, with one of Europe's most advanced materials recovery facilities.

In this dynamic and varied role, you will be managing a team of 10-15 welders and engineering staff on the shopfloor, ensuring all welding processes are streamlined and efficient, troubleshooting issues and resolving, and liaising with various teams within the factory to maximise productivity in the buisiness.

This role would suit an Engineering Manager or similar who is proficient in 2D or 3D CAD and from a fabrication background, looking for a dynamic role in a company that offer on the job training and progression into more senior and eventually Head of Department positions.

The Role:

• Managing a team of 15 welders on the factory floor
• Overseeing all welding operations in the factory
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflow

The Person:

• Engineering Manager or similar
• From a fabrication background
• Proficient in 2D or 3D CAD
• Commutable to Newry
