Job Description

One of our highly successful and leading businesses, Chambers Financial Services, are currently seeking a Self-Employed Experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join their team.


The company provides a range of services including Mortgage Planning, Protection Advice and General Insurance.


The company are an established family run firm offering a supportive and friendly environment to thrive.

In addition to offering dedicated administration to create time to spend on income generating activities they also provide direct support from its directors.


Skills:

CeMAP or relevant Mortgage Qualification

A positive attitude and excellent team communication

Dedicated, hard-working, wishing to achieve a high level of income only through providing good client outcomes

Client-orientated with high customer service skills and communication

The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply

Minimum 5 years+ experience with delivering mortgage and protection advice

Client Bank with additional leads to be provided by the company

Your duties will usually include:

  • Meeting performance targets
  • Ability to prospect and organise meetings
  • Fact-find effectively to establish the client’s current finances and future aspirations.
  • Provide high quality professional mortgage advice and explain different types of mortgages available
  • Explain required insurance and protection products so that clients can make informed choices.
  • Networking to increase new business and introducer opportunities.
  • Develop and create relationships
  • Communicate effectively at all levels
  • Ensure all regulatory documentation completed within the required timescale
  • Keep up to date with new mortgage and protection products and changes in mortgage regulation
  • Maintain generic knowledge of the Financial Services industry and knowledge that is deemed necessary
  • Embrace company values and promote them effectively.
