SQL Database Administrator

SQL DBA - 3 days onsite (2 days remote) - Liverpool based role

£45-50K + 5K on-call + benefits.

Super UK based company (2,000+ staff / 100+ across IT)

This is a great role for someone wanting to build on their experience and skills in a brand new DBA team that is growing and expansion as they are relocating the support team onsite into Liverpool.

You will be joining a great SQL DBA team of 4-5 and a mix of super experienced and talented SQL DBA's, Software Engineers, and BI/Data engineers.

They are looking for someone that has 3-4yrs minimum SQL DBA experience and ideally experience in large-scale integrated systemsand a proven track record of optimising database performance and HA and ensuring data security in MS SQL environments then this is a perfect opportunity to grow your career .

Role Requirements

3-4yrs+ years experience in an SQL DBA role.

Proficiency in MS SQL and DBA tools, such as MS SQL Server Management

Role Responsibilities:

providing Support to the organisations database systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and security protocols

Support the design, implement, and maintain a robust and secure MS SQL database infrastructure to support mission critical applications while optimising database performance
