Family Solicitor

A well run, reputable and long-standing firm is seeking to appoint a family solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE. This is a permanent role based across Kidderminster or Stourport where they will consider 4/5 days along with hybrid working.

The role

You will join a large family team mainly focussing upon private family law but there will be elements of public law due to the firm’s legal aid contract. As a family solicitor within the team, you will have own caseload of matters to include, divorce, finances and private children to include high net worth co-habitation matters.

The person

• 5 years’ PQE in privately funded family work
• Ability to work free of significant supervision
• Supervision experience and desire to help and support more junior members of the team
• Panel membership/resolution advantageous
