Software Solutions Engineer

This is a National Role and you can be based remotely, at Apogee or Customer Sites.

This role will play a pivotal role in our Professional Services team. You will be responsible for integrating and implementing technical solutions across a diverse portfolio of clients. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and customer-centric focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex technical solutions, integrating various software products from Apogees portfolio into clients IT environments.
• Provide technical support and consultancy services to both external clients and internal teams.
• Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines and adhere to Apogees support SLAs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Pre-Sales, Project Management, and Technical Helpdesk to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain documentation for implemented solutions, ensuring clear handover and support processes.
