Are you a Site Manager or Site Supervisor looking to take your next exciting step into the renewable sector with exposure to commercial experience in Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar PV Installation management?

Do you have your SSSSTS/SMSTS, first aid training and CSCS card but want to apply it all to the future-proof renewable energy sector providing long term job stability for the successful candidate?
The company specialise within the renewable sector offering ASHP, Solar PV, EV Charging, Battery storage and more to a nationwide client base. The company has exciting goals to ensure sustainable growth while securing more high-level commercial clients within the UK.

The ideal candidate will have previous site management or Site Supervisor experience, with strong health and safety knowledge being essential. For the successful candidate, SMTS/SSSTS is also essential for the role. Strong communication skills, impressive organisation and team player mentality is essential.

The Role:

• Manage and supervise all site activities.
• Coordinate with in-house and sub-contract employees to ensure effective installs on all sites.
• Monitor project process and progress, making adjustments where necessary.
• Coordination of deliveries and responsibility for distribution of materials to multiple different sites.
• Responsible for all site H&S with regular site inspections ensuring compliance with standards.

The Person:

• Site engineering or management experience; Renewables desirable.
• SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid Qualification and CSCS card.
• Strong communication skills, team player and motivated to succeed.
• Hold full driving licence.
