Are you a Parts Advisor with experience inp parts, stock management, customer service, construction or Plant machinery with a good Customer focus than look no further!

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Parts Advisor to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients who are a global leader in the field they work within.

Principle Responsibilities for the Parts Advisor:

Assist Customer queries in person, on the phone and email

Working with colleagues in the parts and service department

Managing Stock and ordering Parts

Being a first point of contact for customers

Person specification:

Proven experience in parts, stock management, customer service, construction or Plant machinery

Full driving license

Great communication skills on the phone in person and via email

Flexible ability to deal with multiple customers

This is a full time permanent Parts Advisor role based in Ruthin.
