Multi-Skilled Engineer

To work and be part of the Oakside Agri Estate Maintenance and Engineering team. Ensuring that all maintenance work, including planned, preventative and emergency work is carried our as instructed in a professional and competent manner across the Broiler and Breeder functions.

To carry out duties as instructed by the Engineering Manager or Maintenance/Engineering Coordinator in accordance with the Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule

Contribute to the Oakside function - add value by developing requisite skills in this area in line with Moy Park competency framework.

• Monday to Friday – 07.30am to 17.15pm – 46.25 hours
• On call rota for weekdays/weekends shared throughout the team
• Hourly rate: £18.75 – Overtime paid at x 1.5 after 46.25 hours (this is a weekly paid position)

Essential Criteria:

• Electrical Engineering discipline NVQ level 3 or equivalent
• Mechanical Experience
• Good interpersonal skills/approachable
• Proactive & disciplined
• Be prepared to undertake additional training
• Good IT skills/knowledge
• Full Driving License
