To run a booking in system for customer specification work and artwork sign offs, checking that all the necessary information is provided by the Product Development team to enable the specifications team to complete the work on time.

Where there is insufficient resource internally to complete specifications, to outsource the work, coordinating supply of information to the third party and communicating internally on progress.
