Engineering Supervisor

Role Specifics

• Supervise the maintenance and servicing of the fleet, ensuring vehicles complywithallstatutoryregulations
• Induct and develop an engaged, talented, and high performingengineeringteam
• Efficiently allocate planned and unplannedworkacross theengineeringteam, including covering on the day absence
• Ensure theavailabilityof vehicles in linewithoperationalrequirements
• Supportthe Stores Manager to ensure optimummanagementof stock and accurate and timely processing of warranty claims
• Maintain accurate records for all aspects ofengineeringstandards and performance, including fleet andenvironmentalmanagement
• Conduct anydisciplinary, grievance or absencemanagementreviews in accordancewithCompany policy
• Workalongside depotoperationalandengineeringteam members toeffectivelymanage all aspects of service performance, including vehicleallocation, breakdowns, changeovers andpunctualityandreliabilityof services

We will provide youwiththe PPE & tools to carry outyourrolesuccessfully.

Salary: £48,600.00

Shift is 4 on 4 off, average of 38.5 hours per week over 2 weeks.18:00 06:00

25 days annual leave pro-rater.

About you

• Do you have, at a minimum, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in an Engineering field and knowledge withmonitoring standard of engineering work on PCV?
• Do you have knowledge of safe operation of workshop equipment is essential and previous supervisory experience?
• Do you have a full UK Driving License?
