The Role:
*Overseeing a team of 7 people, 5 engineers, 1 supervisor and 1 coordinator
*Overseeing 3 estates of 50-70 buildings ranging from huts to large buildings
*Further training such as IOSH and NEBOSH

The Person:
*Previous M&E or Hard FM Experience
*Holds a UK Drivers License
