Legal Counsel

I am looking to speak to In-House Commercial Contract Solicitors who are looking to work for a global FinTech company based in London. This is an opportunity to work for an innovative organisation company dealing with cutting edge technology and a prestigious client portfolio of the world’s biggest banks. Salary is up to £90,000 and hybrid working is on offer.

The position will give you the chance to:

• Draft, negotiate and review technology contracts such as software licenses and maintenance as well as other agreements in the FinTech sectors
• Provide legal assistance to internal stakeholders as well as external customers
• Keep up to date with laws and regulations relevant to the industry

The role will suit someone one with strong analytical skills, is used to working in a fast-paced environment and works best with minimum supervision.

I am looking to speak to Legal Counsel candidates with experience of technology contracts, ideally dealing with licensing transactions. Any experience of corporate governance or corporate structure would be an advantage.
