Job Responsibilities
Mizuho Bank is seeking an experienced corporate communications professional to join a newly established team. This incumbent will support both internal and external communications within the bank.

• This will include leading the compilation of MizuhoCares newsletter, writing "In the News" articles and working with business units on content for our website.
• Organise external and internal communications events, such as townhalls, fireside chats and flagship events.
• Implement internal and external communications strategies that are aligned with HO's priorities and aimed at building our culture
• Assist to build both external and internal profile of the Singapore CEO, APAC CEO and Head of Corporate Banking, with a focus on strategy, business capabilities and achievements, CSR initiatives and people engagement events
• Assist communication opportunities to build internal awareness and pride, and cultivate relationships with the media to secure interviews
• Oversee and Enhance digital platforms- Manage and revamp the intranet portal and SG website website working with key stakeholders from different business functions to improve user experience and engagement.
• Content Development and Quality Control / Screens Management - Perform copywriting and proofreading for all content displayed on screens (Reception area and Mizuhome), ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand standards.
• Editorial Management of Video Production - Co-produce at least 6 videos per year and take full responsibility for editorial content and collaborate closely with the video producer to ensure high quality outputs

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of communications experience within an organisation of similar size and complexity
• Knowledge of the financial sector would be an advantage
• Highly motivated team player
• Strong analytical, communication (written and verbal) and people skills, ability to influence and collaborate with people across different cultures and backgrounds
