**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop, manage, and nurture strong relationships with HNW and UHNW clients across the Asia market.
- Act as the primary point of contact, offering personalized financial and investment advice.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and meetings to ensure alignment with clients' financial objectives.
2. **Business Development:**
- Identify and acquire new HNW and UHNW clients in the Asia market.
- Utilize your network and industry insights to expand the bank's client base.
- Work with internal teams to create and implement strategies for client acquisition and retention.
3. **Investment Advisory:**
- Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice, considering clients' risk profiles, goals, and market conditions.
- Offer a wide range of private banking services, including wealth management, estate planning, and tax optimization.
- Stay updated on global and regional market trends, economic conditions, and financial products relevant to the Asia market.
4. **Compliance and Risk Management:**
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and the bank's internal policies.
- Monitor and manage the risk profile of clients' portfolios, adhering to risk management guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of client information.
5. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with product specialists, legal, compliance, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and best practices relevant to the Asia market.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. A master's degree or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a related field with a focus on the Asia market.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, investment products, and market dynamics in Asia.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management within the HNW and UHNW segments.
- Fluency in English and at least one Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
