Senior IT Consultant - M&A/PMI/ITDD/IT Audit

COMPANY OVERVIEW

A system integrator, a subsidiary of one of the largest global conglomerates is looking for a Senior IT Consultant to work on various digitalization projects along M&A.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be working for multiple workforces such as ITDD/PMI for M&A, IT Audit activities, and broad IT

consultancy supports and executes for client companies by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.

• Work on executing M&A projects (ITDD/PMI), IT Audit related projects, to provide technical analysis, observation, resolution as subject matter experts in Infrastructure and security.

• Assess IT environment, identify gaps and risk and provide insights/recommendations on mitigations and develop key due diligence and audit deliverables for external clients by facilitating discussions through meetings and various communication tools with multiple global stakeholders.

• Ensure smooth projects’ delivery within timelines, manage resources appropriately and coordinate with project members including internal, external stakeholders

• Undertake necessary business meetings, travels, regular communications with internal members, potential deal targets, and external consultants.

• Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned as Consultant Pool resource

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering

• Experience in M&A services, particularly IT Due Diligence, IT Audit, and IT Cyber Security, preferably in Infrastructure expert but not limited to.

• At least 5 years of experience in providing advisory services in the strategy, design, configuration, such as infrastructure related projects and/or ERP implementation projects.

• At least 5 years of global project management in IT, including scope, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting for diverse projects (Infrastructure and/or Application).

• At least 5 years of experience in working with clients to translate business requirements into IT solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, solution design and build, testing and solution development. (Infrastructure and/or Application).

• Having experience working in Japanese business culture and comfortable in matrix reporting organization.

• Deep knowledge or expertise in at least one technology area and familiarity with others:

  • Must have: IT Infrastructure (DC’s, network) and Cloud Migration, Cyber Security

  • Nice to have: Business Applications and ERP, IT Operating Model, IT Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Data Management, IT Operation and Data Protection, Software Development (SDLC and/or Agile)

• Strong analytical ability to draw conclusions from unstructured information/sources.

• Able to work independently and autonomously with flexibility to meet the internal and external deadlines

• Excellent social and interpersonal skills in multi-culture, matrix reporting environment and able to work under tight schedule as a team player

• A solution-oriented mind-set and an unyielding positive attitude to learn new skills.

• Able to use most of the MS office products for daily work and proven skills in preparing high quality Power Point presentations and Excel for analysis.

BENEFITS

Package: Depends on your experience (base S$7,000~S$11,000/m + AWS + variable bonus)
