Manager, Asset Management

Responsibilities:

1. With oversight and support from senior management, manage the design and delivery of various fund product initiatives under agreed timescales and budgets.
2. Establish and manage relationship with overseas distribution channels, including but not limited to commercial banks, private banks, wealth management channels, family offices and IFAs.
3. Host and participate in marketing seminars and market / product related trainings to introduce the firm, investment capabilities, as well as the relevant products and services. Identify potential business opportunities, achieve business targets and asset retention.
4. Conduct regular reviews and due diligences on new and/or existing clients, as well as performance monitoring of various distributors.
5. Act as key coordinator between clients and internal teams in account opening and account monitoring..
6. Liaise closely with other internal teams within the asset management business to ensure the delivery of quality services to clients.
7. Assist in establishing a presence and brand awareness for the Company’s asset management business.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Accounting etc.
2. At least 5 years of experiences in asset management business development and/or product development function and familiar with asset management business lines and fund products/services.
3. Strong knowledge of the international asset management industry with solid experience in launching, registering, operating, amending fund products is preferred.
4. Demonstrable experience in fund channel distribution across the region.
5. Able to work independently and also as a team player.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills.
7. Excellent command of Mandarin Chinese and English.
