Corporate Banking Relationship Manager, VP

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cultivate and manage relationships with Singapore and regional corporate clients from mid-tier to large corporates.
• Provide expert financial advice and solutions, including credit facilities, treasury services, and trade finance.
• Cross-sell among product business units and inter-branch.
• Acquiring and evaluating new accounts, structuring credit facilities, performing credit assessment, cashflow projections, sensitivity analysis and loan documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 10 -15 years of corporate banking relationship management experience.
• Experience in syndicated, structured/ project finance and LBO deals will be strongly preferred
• Prior experience and have good client contacts in the Singapore and the regional markets.
• Experience in the entire credit process from deal acquisition up to conclusion (including documentation).
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
