Loan Syndication Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Originate syndicated loan transactions by assessing feasibility and viability, developing term sheets, and creating syndication timelines and documentation.
• Distribute syndicated loans by accurately assessing distribution channels and evaluating the likelihood of selling down to targeted investors.
• Develop optimal pricing for transactions using market-accepted methodologies.
• Provide regular updates on potential syndication opportunities and identify banks or partners for joint collaboration.
• Maintain strong relationships with the media to stay informed about current market deals and gather critical information on existing or potential borrowers.
• Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers for deal origination.

Requirements:

• Recognized bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in Business, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in commercial/corporate banking.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking client
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders across various departments.
