Job Description:

• Management of the Corporate Actions processing within the Operations team.
• Act as the point of contact for clients on Corporate Actions matters
• Understands the relevant markets and demonstrate front-to-back knowledge of the process(es)
• Proactively manage and resolve discrepancies, working closely with both local and regional stakeholders
• Lead Operations projects and initiatives, including the migration processes and projects
• Leverage technical expertise to provide clients with quality processing and solutions

• Demonstrate a knowledge of the key risk areas of the Corporate Actions functions and its relevant controls
• Ensure that the controls are performed according to the procedures

• Demonstrate a willingness to cross-train in other functions within the team, when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, and / or professional qualification in Banking / Finance
• Preferably with 10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Actions processes and 5 years of people management experience.
• Familiar with financial products as well as the market infrastructures, regulations and operational risks. Knowledgeable about SWIFT messages types.
