Associate Director, Commerical Origination, - Structuring Solutioning, Singapore

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Co-develop SCF and RF product (“Product”) strategy based on market insights, existing gaps, and exploring opportunities along with Corporate Coverage.
• Develop bespoke transaction structures which fulfils client needs and address clients’ pain points with appropriate risk mitigation solutions for internal stakeholders and investors.
• Provide market feedback to Trade Product team to develop or enhance product and system.
• Lead the deal team to ensure timely achievement of execution timeline and escalate gaps to deal team.
• Conduct corporate and transactional due diligence with the relevant teams.
• Support Corporate Coverage on all product related aspects of prospecting and client pitch.
• Lead all aspects of deal execution, including partnering closely with Risk, Legal, DS&I to ensure timely and seamless execution of a deal mandate.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree educated along with 6+ years of experience in Transaction Banking, Corporate & Institutional Banking, or Corporate Credit Analyst
• Knowledge of SCF and RF products and related risks, including but not limited to credit risk, fraud risk, FCC risk, legal risks and etc.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking abilities
• Good team-player, but also able to work independently and make logical decisions

• Experience in cross-functional project management
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., excel, word, PowerPoint)
