Job Responsibilities
Country service manager (hereinafter CSM) under Regional IT Governance (hereinafter RIG) is responsible for Oversee and coordinate all activities within the assigned country to ensure alignment with region/global organizational objectives. RIG is managing 15 countries in Asia Pacific, to maintain the Bank's Technology & Innovation (hereinafter T&I) capability and to promote Asia T&I agenda and initiatives in the Bank
  • Oversee and coordinate all activities within the assigned country to ensure alignment with region/global organizational objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including country GM, CIO, IT Function head, Regional CIO, SMEs, and HO PIC in the respective department
  • Well understand countries situation/IT operation/initiative/Projects
  • Help country to provide strategic direction for country specific initiatives, ensuring they contribute to the overall organizational goals
  • Help country to improve their IT operation, helping country to understand and achieve their annual KPI
  • Help countries IT operation, including incident response and update the status to region
  • Collaborate with regional team to design and implement regional system and framework to countries
  • Act as liaison between the regional HQ, HO and countries, ensuring clear communication and alignment with HO and regional HQ policy
  • Prepare and present regular reports on country performance, highlighting achievement, challenges, and recommendations for improvement
  • Support Regional CIO to assess country IT capability as well as country IT Function heads capability
  • Initiate and manage the project which is assigned by superior
  • Any ad-hoc request assigned by superior
Deliverables
  • Information gathering for monthly IT operation meeting and country performance forum
  • Creating meeting deck for monthly IT operation meeting and country performance forum
  • Attending the weekly regular meeting with all assigned countries to understand country situation
  • Weekly status update to RCIO
  • Country project status track from initiation to release
  • Country IT operation improvement action plan
  • SME review arrangement


Job Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Technology
  • Proven experience on country coordination, preferably in a multinational organization
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate dynamic and challenging situations
