We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, People Advisor Manager to join our People team. This role is located in Singapore (Hybrid work model)

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Leading and managing an APAC wide people advisor/consultant team who provide day to day delivery and execution of our service catalogue solutions including but not limited to:
    • Oversight and delivery of global, regional and business level projects alongside Global strategic People Team Business Partners and/or Communities of Expertise (Acquisitions and Divestitures, counteroffers, employee relations case management, mid-year and year-end processes, Global and International mobility processes, job architecture, location strategy, performance management, organisational development and change management, talent mobility, succession planning and separations
    • Oversight and management of regulatory requests and legal entity-based reporting/changes, retention proposals, spans/layers and governance and employee representation negotiations where applicable
    • Process improvement and re-design; process mapping, future state modeling and project management oversight
  • Manages regional team, allocates resources and prioritises within set guidelines for sensitive and highly complex Employee Relations cases, manager inquiries, etc.
  • Acts as a regional escalation point for complex matters and liaises with Global People Team Business Partners, Lines of Business, Centers of Excellence and employee representatives
  • Manages staff in the delivery of ad hoc reporting & analysis,
  • Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team, through coaching and performance management
  • Relationship management of internal stakeholders with regards to service delivery, expectations and priorities in collaboration with the Line of Business, Center of Excellence and Global Strategic People Team Business Partners
  • Member of the APAC People Team Leadership Team and key contributor within assigned client groups


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced degree or certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive related experience preferred with demonstrated success in Regional management responsibilities and Business Partner/Advisor portfolio
