Custody Product Manager

Job Responsibillities:

• Develop and manage custody products and services to meet the needs of financial institutions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored custody solutions.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing issues or concerns related to custody products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, IT, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of custody products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong understanding of custody operations, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
• Must have the ability to write in business Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.
• Must also be capable of conducting market research and writing excellent reports in business Chinese for reporting to the head office.
