Private Equity Investment Associate/Vice President

Responsibilities:

• Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities
• Construct financial models and performing technical analyses
• Summarize the due diligence findings in investment recommendation memoranda for internal Investment Committee
• Prepare and presenting investment recommendations

Qualification:

• Demonstrated financial modeling experience in TMT/digital finance sector
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in Bahasa is highly preferred
