Plant Manager

We are currently partnered with a world leading industrial manufacturer working across multiple sectors with a big emphasis on sustainability. They are going through an exciting transformation, and they are in search of an experienced Plant Director to be the strategic leader at their largest site in Europe to develop and grow the site for this next phase in the business.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Plant Director with experience working in a complex industrial site and has driven change in a matrix environment. The candidate needs to be an experienced leader who can bring teams together and foster a collaborative culture. This person will need to be an agile decision maker who can make effective decisions that align with organisational priorities while ensuring continued performance at all level of the plant. Additionally, this person will be expected to drive change on site while maintaining employee engagement and moral.

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience as a Plant Director
• Ability to drive change while maintaining employee engagement
• Collaborative leadership style
• Proven ability to drive performance
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management or a related field
• Must speak fluent French and professional English.
