Production Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting a Production Manager to join a leading global manufacturing business based near Irvine, North Ayrshire.

As Production Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the production process to ensure an efficient and effective operation.

Salary & package:

Up to £65,000 plus bonus, pension

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage schedule adherence of Production Operations.
• Monitor Production Plan against the sales forecast.
• Manage resources so that all areas are fully manned where required.
• Communicate and feedback any scheduling or quality issues.
• Attend quality meeting and participate in NCR activities through RCCA.
• Attend pre-production meetings to represent the production facility and ensure that any concerns or complications are highlighted.
• Run daily production meetings on the shop floor.
• Drive a culture of 5S workplace organisation, H&S & quality.
• Lead and motivate teams of production workers, Team Leaders, and support staff.
• Ensuring a safe working environment is critical.

Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing would be keen to speak with Production Manager’s with the following skills and experiences:

• Previous Production / Shift / Factory Management experience within a CNC Machining environment would be ideal
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control methodologies.
• Proficiency in using relevant tools for production management and analysis.
• Proven track record of effective team leadership, motivation, and development.
