Project Manager

Fawkes & Reece are aiding one of the UK's Leading Tier 1 contractor who have just won over £750m on work on multiple Aviation projects in Oxford and Lincoln and we are helping them with their search for a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to oversee the works on these RAF Bases. The role will consist of 2 projects , the first in Lincoln with a year left and after the project is completed you will be moved to a project in Oxford , both consisting of the same scope work.

The scope of work is runway resurfacing & upgrades to the airport/base so we're looking for a candidate with experience within a Tier 1 Environment ,Highways, aviation and on major Civil engineering projects to hit the ground running.

About you:

Experience working on building projects ideally in a Civils environment.

• Proven technical and project management abilities

• Strong organisational and management skills

• Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM regulations

• Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and implement safe systems of work

• Detailed knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues relevant to the project environment

• Sufficient experience required in major projects
