Deputy Head of Contract Management (Affordable Homes) – 18 Month FTC

We’re recruiting for a Deputy Head of Contract Management to join us on an 18 month FTC. We’re offering a competitive base salary, 10% car allownace and strong benefits package.

You will the lead role in ensuring that LGAHs customers receive the exemplary standard of service from our suppliers that is associated with the L&G brand.

This is a home based role but may require some travel.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and delivering the Supplier Relationship Management framework
• Managing a team of Contract Managers and ensuring they have good relationships with their suppliers
• Negotiating and establishing new contractual arrangements
• Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on supplier performance and ensuring they are performing at the right level
• Extracting additional value from suppliers
• Delivering efficiency and value for suppliers
• Ensuring that customers are receiving a high quality and responsive service
  
  

Who we're looking for:

• Experience and knowledge of the affordable housing sector
• Strong Suppler Relationship Management skills relating to housing services
• Experience of developing systems and procedures to monitor and manager third party providers would be advantageous
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team
• Good negotiation skills
