Our client, a leading, reputable and well-regarded Financial Services Membership Body is currently recruiting for a Training Content Manager to help them transform the. training curriculum and qualification offering This exciting and challenging key role will involve refreshing and developing the existing training content and qualifications whilst identifying and developing further opportunities.

This will be achieved through working closely with members and key stakeholders to understand the training needs and requirements of the finance sector staff and develop learning pathways, whilst confirming content is technically correct and ensuring quality assurance.

Duties:

• Review and refresh current training qualifications and curriculum ensuring they reflect current industry requirements as well as any regulatory or legislative changes
• Close alignment with policy colleagues, to ensure evolving priorities and change within the industry are reflected in our training offering
• Working with partners, members and suppliers to create and validate training courses
• Review existing training content and work closely with the training team to consider the best way to deliver the content
• Ensuring quality assurance on all qualifications and curriculums and setting review frameworks to ensure the ongoing quality
• Managing review and validation meetings to ensure quality and content is correct
• Conducting regular reviews and audits of programs to maintain high quality and relevance
• Develop and manage assessment criteria and examination process
• Oversee the administration and grading of exams
• Support members undertaking the qualifications (eg drop-in clinics/ content questions)
• Selecting, commissioning, and managing subject matter experts, trainers and academics to help develop content and qualifications
• Manage and develop relationships with members, external partners and potential accreditation bodies to develop relevant and timely training content for market
• Monitor and report on the performance of qualification and certification programs
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary
• Develop and support with content to support the marketing strategies to promote qualification and certification programs

Required Skills

• Experience in writing training content for a membership organisation
• Experience in the education or training sector or within financial services and regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to horizon scan and understand upcoming priorities
• Desirable experience in e-learning design or use of authoring tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders
