Are you a driven and experienced Senior Project Manager for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who has a strong track record of delivering high quality projects across the UK is currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their new £68m industrial project in Tunbridge Wells

About the role

This large-scale industrial project features a substantial groundworks package with 500,000 Sqft of industrial space, as part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of this project.

Requirements of the Senior Project Manager

• Oversee all phases of the project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Lead a multidisciplinary team including Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractors
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations
• Monitor progress, financials and project milestones, reporting regularly to senior leadership

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager

• Proven track record of delivering construction projects ideally within a tier 1 environment
• CSCS card and 1st Aid and SMSTS
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills,
• A deep understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations and project management best practices
• Strong understanding of steel frame structures and groundworks
