• Job Type: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days from home)

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an IT Manager to join a small, innovative team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the business by ensuring local IT demands and services are met in collaboration with group IT. This role involves the responsibility for the efficient operations and development of information and communications technology within the business.

Day to Day of the role:

• Derive strategic IT and digital initiatives from business unit strategy in close cooperation with Group IT.
• Ensure secure and stable operations, deployment, and further development of BU-specific IT systems, IT services, IT infrastructure, and IT processes.
• Analyse business processes and identify process improvements based on software capabilities in line with business needs and demands aligned with Management.
• Develop and implement new IT systems based on the demands of the Business in alignment with Global IT standards and processes.
• Provide local IT infrastructure & services including desktop applications, networks, IT security, and telecommunications derived from Group IT standards and using services provided by Group IT.
• Select and control internal and external IT service providers regarding performance and costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree level education in computing is ideal.
• Proven experience managing an IT department.
• Profound business process knowledge and solution orientation.
• Mandatory project management skills.
• SAP knowledge and Microsoft Dynamics knowledge are mandatory.
• Project Management qualification, PRINCE2, PMP or similar is preferred.
• ITIL qualification or experience within an ITIL environment.
