Job Description

Administrator - Leigh - Permanent - £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (DOE)

We are exclusively working alongside our growing client who are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be based at their modern head office working alongside the office manager.

Daily duties will include:

  • Recording timesheets and subcontractors hours
  • Managing purchase orders, quotations and material invoices
  • Setting up hard copies and digital site files
  • Making and receiving calls
  • Recording engineers paid leave, unpaid leave and sickness
  • Scheduling vehicle's maintenance and services
  • Managing employees training and maintaining the companies ongoing training programme
  • Updating the company records on in house systems
  • Assisting the team with preparing tender submissions and quotation's
  • Recording business leads and project enquiries

Working hours

  • 8:00am-5:00pm (Monday to Thursday)
  • 8:00am-4:00pm (Friday)

The idea individual will be a team player, have attention to detail and be confident on the phone.
