Are you a Project Coordinator from an engineering or manufacturing background looking to boost your career by joining a long-standing and constantly growing manufacturer, offering tailored inhouse training and the opportunity to progress to a rounded Project Engineer?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to step into an exciting new role, working on an array of large scale engineering projects across the UK and overseas.

In this office based role you will be liaising with all internal departments along with contractors and customers to ensure the smooth running of large projects, some of which last multiple years. You will be involved with quotes, tenders, BOMs, and general problem solving whilst visiting sites across the UK and overseas.

Founded 70 years ago, this family-run manufacturer pride themselves on their extremely low turnover of staff and their continued success at the top in their specialist sector. They are looking to continue their organic growth with the addition of this new role.

This role would suit somebody with project experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment looking to develop their skill set in a varied, hands-on, dynamic role for an employer that will continually progress their career.

The Role:

• Coordinating large scale engineering projects
• Liaising with internal departments along with contractors
• Preparing tenders, BOMs, and quotations, with sites visits across the UK and overseas
• Ongoing training given through shadowing engineers
• Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, finish at 1pm on Friday

The Person:

• Project Coordinator or similar
• Engineering or manufacturing background
• Local to Romsey
• Full UK driving license
