Mechanical Fitter Water Treatment

LRL are currently recruiting for Mechanical Fitters to work on an ongoing contract as a mobile Mechanical Engineer alongside a Fitters Mate. This will be bias towards the Water Treatment Industry.

Duties: As a Mechanical Fitter you will dismantle, service and repair all types of water treatment plant equipment and carry out minor civils works attributed to such equipment.

The position requires the candidate to have experience in mechanical or civil engineering in the Utilities industry.

The ideal candidate will also have steel fabrication knowledge.

The works could be any of the following:

• Inspection and refurbishment of mechanical components
• Reactive Maintenance
• Onsite minor civils engineering works
• Mechanical installation and service experience
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of an enlarged team is essential.

Rate negotiable dependant on experience & qualifications. Vehicle can also be provided if required.
