About The Role

HomeServe are recruiting for Plumbing and Leak Detection Engineers to join our team!
  • Location Derbyor within a 15 minute drive of a DE postcode
  • Full Time -40 hours a week Monday - Friday
  • Salary -Between £33,446 - £40,000 (Salary dependent upon experience) Plus a £3000 guaranteed bonus in your first year

We need your expertise to undertake general plumbing repairs and maintenance work and leakdetectionin our Customers homes, leaving our customers with the peace of mind and confidence in the quality of the work undertaken.

About The Candidate

Essential - As a Plumbing Engineer at HomeServe we need you to have the following:
  • Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing or similar qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence with less than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • It would also be great if you had experience working as a plumber in domestic housing

Training & Support

To help you settle in to your career with HomeServe, you will undertake our extensive training programme.
  • Week 1 will be Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 in our award winning training facility, covering all things HomeServe, Health and Safety, tools and equipment
  • Week 2-3 you will be buddied up with an experienced HomeServe Plumbing Engineer
  • Week 4 will be 3 days in Nottingham for additional training and support
  • Where geographically appropriate we will pay for your accommodation
