Production & Maintenance Engineer

Task Consumer Products are the largest independent paper converter in the UK producing ranges of toilet tissue and kitchen towels. The Company continues to grow, and we are now seeking employment of both Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join our existing team.

Working as a member of the Engineering Team, the successful candidate(s) will be experienced of machinery setting, both electrical and mechanical, plant maintenance, pneumatics and conversant with PLCs.

Experience within FMCG manufacturing within a BRC certified workplace would be an advantage.

Mechanical Engineer

Scheduled mechanical maintenance

Responding to mechanical breakdowns

Welding (desirable)

Electrical Engineer

• Experience of reacting to electrical breakdowns
• Diagnostic and fault repair (including software issues)

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
• Breakdown response, diagnostics, and repair of faults.
• Up keeping of records and reports.

The successful candidates will provide multi-skilled maintenance and engineering cover across the entire production facility. Dayshifts and Evening Shifts will apply along with occasional weekend cover
